Cancelling a session

More than 24 hours’ notice

Reschedule, or take a full refund.

Less than 24 hours, but not same day

No refund, but you can reschedule once. If you cancel the rescheduled appointment, there’s no refund or further reschedule.

Same day

Charged in full. No refund or reschedule.

To cancel, text your name and original appointment date to (385) 626-0202.

Membership · 3 days’ notice

This is separate from the session policy above, and it uses a different notice period.
