More than 24 hours before your appointment: You may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment, but not same day: No refund will be given, but you may reschedule one time. If you cancel the rescheduled appointment, no refund or additional reschedule will be allowed.
Same day cancellations: You will be charged the full amount. No refund or reschedule will be allowed.
