Who we are

Milestone Massage Therapy is a massage therapy practice based in Spanish Fork, Utah, offering therapeutic and prenatal massage in office and, by request, mobile sessions in the surrounding towns. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you share when you book, contact us, or fill out an intake form before a session. Intake forms can include health and medical details you choose to provide so that treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
• Booking and payment information: appointments and payments are handled by our scheduling provider, Vagaro. When you book or pay, your details are entered into Vagaro’s system. We do not collect or store full card numbers ourselves.
• Information collected automatically: if, and only if, you accept analytics cookies, we collect basic usage data such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, confirm, and provide your sessions.
• Keep continuity of care between visits, so treatment builds on what came before.
• Take payment for services, through Vagaro.
• Respond to your questions and send messages related to your appointments.
• With your consent, understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

When we share information, and with whom

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the practice and this website, and only with what each one needs to do its job:

• Vagaro, which powers our scheduling and payment.
• Google, for website analytics (only with your consent), for the map on our contact page, and for the reviews shown on the site.
• Elfsight, the widget that displays our Google reviews on the site.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies. The ones needed to make the site work are always on. Analytics cookies, which help us see how the site is used, run only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time. Health and intake information

Any health or medical information you share on an intake form or during a session is treated as confidential. It is used to plan safe, appropriate treatment and to note anything relevant for future visits. We do not share it except as needed to provide your care or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and session records for as long as needed to provide your care and to meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our analytics account.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the cookie banner, and you can opt out of non-essential messages by telling us or using the opt-out in a message. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. Sessions for minors are arranged with a parent or guardian, who provides the necessary consent and information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
