These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the massage therapy services offered by Milestone Massage Therapy. By booking a session or using the site, you agree to these terms.
Scope
These terms apply to everyone who uses this website or books a session with Milestone Massage Therapy. If you book on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are allowed to do so and that they will follow these terms.
Booking and payment
In office appointments are booked through our scheduling provider, Vagaro, which also handles payment. Mobile sessions are arranged by request, by text. Prices shown on the site are current at the time of publication and may change. For mobile sessions, a per household travel fee applies to each visit and is included in the mobile prices shown.
Cancellation and refunds
Our cancellation, no-show, and membership terms are set out in full on our Cancellation Policy page, which is part of these terms. Please review it before booking.
Memberships and gift cards
Memberships are billed monthly and continue until cancelled in line with the Cancellation Policy. Membership benefits are for the member and are not transferable unless we agree otherwise. Any gift cards or prepaid sessions are subject to the terms provided at purchase.
What massage therapy is, and is not
Massage therapy supports relaxation, comfort, and physical wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice, and nothing on this site should be taken as a medical claim. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have concerns, please consult your healthcare provider, and tell us about anything relevant before your session so we can treat you safely.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate health information on your intake form, to let us know about any condition, injury, allergy, or discomfort before and during a session, and to treat the therapist and the space with respect. We may decline or end a session where continuing would not be safe or appropriate.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Milestone Massage Therapy is not liable for outcomes that arise from information you did not disclose, or from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute relating to them or to our services will be handled in the courts of Utah.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
